Jason M. Sims, Sr.

 

Mr. Sims serves as Director and is responsible for day to day operations and supervison.  Highly respected by his peers, Mr. Sims has received extensive training and held several leadership postions during his law enforcement, security and military careers.  Mr. Sims is a certified law enforcement officer in Tennessee and Mississippi and actively maintains his Mississippi certification.  Mr. Sims has a college degree in Criminal Justice.  During his law enforcement career Mr. Sims has served as a Uniform Patrol Officer, Patrol Shift Supervisor, Patrol Shift Commander, Criminal Investigator, Gang Intelligence Officer, S.W.A.T. Operator, S.W.A.T. Team Leader and Street Crimes Unit Commander.  Mr. Sims also served as an Armed Security Officer and Security Supervisor for 2 large security companies in Memphis, TN.  Mr. Sims joined the military in 1990 and currently serves as Unit First Sergeant and Instructor/Writer in the U.S. Army Reserve.  Mr. Sims is a graduate of the U.S. Army's Advanced, Senior and Master Leader Courses and is a certified Instructor.  Mr. Sims holds himself, his superiors and subordinates alike to the highest professional standards.
